The project targets 30/50/60% AMI units and would repay a $285,570 right-of-way acquisition fund; the deal is contingent on the developer winning competitive 9% low-income housing tax credits (application due July 9). City Council must next approve an intent-to-purchase and TIF support resolution, with construction targeted for fall 2027.
